We were appointed as Architects to design the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a tenement flat off Byres Road in Glasgow. A compact kitchen was formed off the existing living area and a shower room /utility formed in the old kitchen. The old shower room was refurbished with space-saver sanitary ware and converted into an en suite serving the front bedroom. As well as an opportunity to add new fixtures & finishes, it is also proved a great opportunity to make the best use of the space available within this flat.
