Our client appointed us to extend and make extensive transformations to their end terrace house in Clarkston, Glasgow.
Small floor area and a tight staircase within the existing house proved difficult for our clients growing young family. Major structural alterations open up the existing house and connect this to a new 2.5 storey rear and side extension. A new top lite staircase creates a new central feature and large recessed glazing to the rear elevation creates private views across White Cart Water and the countryside beyond.
